2019 DUB FEST VENDOR INFORMATION

Interested in getting your products or services out to 4,000-6,000 music and craft beer enthusiasts? We have a few vendor spots available for Dub Fest 2019. To register, fill out the form below. Applications due Feb. 18th, but spaces will likely fill before then.  

No items or merchandise using the JDubs or Dub Fest logo or name may be sold without signed permission from JDubs Brewing Co.

Food trucks need to provide COI for March 2&3 with three additional insured -

  • J Dub's Brewing Co.

  • Sarasota County Agricultural Fair Association, Inc.

  • Gaston Productions

Who:

Dub Fest is a project of J Dub’s Brewing Co. and Gaston Productions.

Costs: 

  • Business Booth 10x10 $500 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth - includes 4 GA tickets

  • Business Booth 10x20 $875 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth, includes 8 GA tickets

  • Food Vendor $400 - must provide all own materials and power, or power and materials are available at additional cost.

  • Artisan Booth $300 - (Must be crafts sold for $25 or less) 10x10 booth space, includes 2 GA tickets you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.

  • Non-Profit $300 - (Must provide documentation) 10x10 booth space, includes 2 GA tickets you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.

  • Canopy 10x10 - $100

  • Canopy 10x20- $200

No one under 21 admitted.

Festival Needs

We will provide tables, chairs, tablecloths; if there is something else you need to make this festival a success for you please let us know! 

Festival Load-in

We will create a schedule for load-in based on your requested load-in times.
